Education Safety Network

2016 - ongoing

Since 2016, Tri-Link has been engaged by the ESN Company to manage its charitable operations and WHS services, and to coordinate the collaborative industry reference group that serves the network of member schools that use ESN services.

Walters Gallery

2020 - ongoing

​

Since 2020, Tri-Link has been engaged by Rhondda Walters, creator and owner of an extensive collection of original art works, to establish and manage an online Gallery to display her creative works for sale.

CSO Broken Bay 

2006-2015

​

Tri-Link was engaged by Catholic Schools Broken Bay to help develop and manage its award-winning CSOHS online safety management system for schools, which Tri-Link did from the inception of the system to its retirement.

SafeWork NSW

2001-2012

​

Tri-Link has been engaged under eight WorkCover Assist and target hazard reduction programs and campaigns to provide program software and training resources, and to help measure and report program and campaign effectiveness.

Tri-Link's management systems are aligned with Australian Standards for safety management and injury reporting, and are tailored
to serve and support each organisation's system objectives and the people working to achieve them.

SafetyPoint Systems

2008 - ongoing

Tri-Link's proprietary online safety management system software, SafetyPoint, was launched in 2008, and has since been transformed into a tailored plug-in module for safety systems, helping workers implement their organisations' safety directions.

ESN Members Safety Hub

2016 - ongoing

By agreement with ESN, components of Tri-Link's HelpSafe compliance and SafetyPoint system software have been combined to form the ESN Members' Safety Hub, which provides safety management, training and information resources and update services for the ESN network of member schools.

Safety Reporting System

2020 - ongoing

Tri-Link developed and manages an online safety reporting system to help a charitable organisation capture, evaluate and manage workplace hazard, incident, injury and maintenance issue reports, with notifications to relevant personnel for response planning and recording

LearnSafe Systems

2025 - ongoing​

Launched in 2025, Tri-Link's LearnSafe online training systems provide customers with a tailored online training delivery platform, curated training content, training certifications and records in a secure system supported by personalised service.    

WHS, Risk Management and Training Solutions
Because the wellbeing of people is the heart of WHS legislation, and serving people is the the heart of Tri-Link's services, creating tools that help people at work do what they're required to do to keep themselves and other people safe is a natural part of Tri-Link's services.

HelpSafe®

2001 - ongoing

HelpSafe was Tri-Link's first safety compliance support software solution, used across many industries and in WorkCover Assist  grant projects to help people understand and meet their workplace health and safety duties of care. In one application or another, HelpSafe continues to serve the health and safety of many workplaces.

HeadAware

2022 - ongoing

HeadAware is an online, mobile phone sports field guide to help people recognise and respond safely to concussion injuries. Developed by Tri-Link for the Education Safety Network, HeadAware is publicly available, and forms part of a broader Concussion Management Package for ESN member schools.

RiskGuard

2005-2007

RiskGuard was a WHS risk management software product developed and used specifically for a NSW hospitality industry WorkCover Assist grant project, aiming to help restaurateurs and caterers identify and assess their operating risks, then plan and monitor the implementation of measures to control them.

Online Safety Training

2010 - ongoing

The online safety training programs and videos that Tri-Link has developed and out-licensed for use in WorkCover-funded  projects and organisations in other industries can be tailored to suit requirements. Program and video quality, clarity, utility and trainee engagement consistently rate highly in customer and trainee evaluations.
