PRODUCT, PROJECT, VENTURE, AND CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGEMENT

Since 2016, Tri-Link has been providing a full product, project, venture, and customer management service for ESN in its charter of providing work health and safety management, training, and compliance support resources and services for schools.

BUSINESS AND PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

In early 2021, Tri-Link commenced a major new project for the Walters Studio, to curate collections of the artist's uniquely creative artworks and bring them to online displays, exhibitions, and sales. 
In the process, Tri-Link is providing the Studio's business and service management functions.

CATHOLIC SCHOOLS, BROKEN BAY

PRODUCT AND SERVICE MANAGEMENT

Between 2014 and 2016, Tri-Link was contracted to manage Broken Bay's CSOHS Online safety resource site for schools and to provide product, content, and customer management services. At Broken Bay's request, Tri-Link  developed then managed the business transition model that enabled the service to become a successful industry collaboration.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

In 2010 and again in 2012, Tri-Link was engaged to resource and enable the DCA's WorkCover (SafeWork) NSW grant-funded industry safety awareness training project - from project planning and stakeholder communications to product development, delivery, and project outcome reporting.

SAFETYPOINT®

SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

After Tri-Link's system work for a customer resulted multiple National and State awards, Tri-Link developed and released its customisable SafetyPoint® safety management system platform. Customised versions of SafetyPoint® are still serving many organisations in the not-for-profit sector.

ESN MEMBERS' RESOURCE CENTRE CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

In 2016, Tri-Link developed and continues to service and maintain the Education Safety Network's Members' Resource Hub - an online content management system that enables the ESN to deliver work and learning safety compliance, management, and training resources and services to its more than 500 member schools and their employees.

TRAINING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MODULES

TRAINING INTEGRATION, DELIVERY AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Since 2016, Tri-Link has been developing and provisioning customised training management system modules that allow  customers to integrate, present, deliver, and record their various staff training and development programs from a single interface. Customised versions of these training systems are currently helping education and not-for-profit sector customers.

REPORTING SYSTEMS

SAFETY, MAINTENANCE, SIGN ON-OFF  

In 2018, Tri-Link developed a simple safety reporting system to enable the online reporting, recording, and notification of safety hazards, incidents, and maintenance requests, and to facilitate the planning, management, and monitoring of corrective actions. Customised variations of this reporting system are currently helping education, not-for-profit sector and construction project customers.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

MANAGER, SUPERVISOR, AND SITE WORKER SAFETY SUPPORT SYSTEMS

All Tri-Link's management systems capabilities (health & safety, content, training, and reporting management) are leveraged when Tri-Link is asked to provide construction safety management systems to enable the implementation of project-specific WHS Management Plans. These systems are designed to help construction project officers, managers, and workers understand and meet their safety duties, and work safely on and off site.

SCHOOL SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

In Between 2004 and 2014, Tri-Link was engaged by Catholic Schools Broken Bay to work with them to develop and maintain a safety management system for their schools. The resulting CSOHS Online system helped schools across Australia keep their staff and students safe. Between 2004 and 2008, CSOHS Online won multiple awards for system excellence (SAI Global; National Safety Council of Australia; SafeWork NSW; Australian Safety and Compensation Commission)

WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY 

HELPSAFE®

HelpSafe®, Tri-Link's first software product, followed later by SafetyPoint®, were designed to help people understand and comply with their health and safety duties. Between 2002 and 2010, WorkCover (SafeWork) NSW funded the provision of HelpSafe® to the NSW Road Transport, Civil Construction, Demolition, and Hospitality industries. Since 2016, HelpSafe® and SafetyPoint have been foundational in software services Tri-Link provides to the education industry.

STANDARD, CUSTOMISED, AND BESPOKE 

Tri-Link has been developing bespoke and industry e-Learning courses for more than a decade, first for WorkCover (SafeWork) NSW projects with NSW employer associations and then for industry bodies and individual organisations. Courses developed and out-licensed by Tri-Link remain in wide use across the education industry, and receive consistently favourable trainee reviews.

MOBILE APPS

INFORMATION, TOOLS, AND REPORTING ON THE GO

Mobile apps are a great way to put information and tools in the hands of workers where they are, when they need it. HeadAware, developed for ESN to improve the recognition and management of concussion injuries, is freely available through  â–ºGoogle Play and the â–ºApp Store

SiteWorks, developed for use during construction projects, is project-specific and customised to facilitate construction workers' safety on site.
